Watch Video: Pakistan Pacer Hasan Ali Bowls Fastest Ball in The History of Cricket Against Bangladesh

Pakistan Pacer Hasan Ali always remains in the news be it for his celebrations, his dropped catches, and now even for his bowling speed. After a low of T20 World Cup semifinal, Ali has come back hard in the 1st T20I against Bangladesh.

The pacer took three wickets and conceded just 22 runs from his quota of four overs against Bangladesh. He dismissed the likes of Mohammad Naim, Nurul Hasan, and Aminul Islam.

Hassan Ali not only got a wicket on the very first ball of his spell but welcomed the next batter – Shanto – with the fastest recorded delivery in cricket history – 219 kmphs, the fastest ball in the history of cricket.

The second delivery of his spell clocked 219 kph. Actually, something was wrong with a speed gun as it is impossible for a human to bowl at that pace. Fans were quick to spot the speed and reacted hilariously on social media. Despite it being a technical error, Hasan Ali was on song today as he took three wickets in four overs and conceded just 22 runs as Pakistan restricted Bangladesh on 127/7.
