Major Reshuffle: 35 JKAS Officers Transferred In J&K

Jammu and Kashmir government ordered massive reshuffle of 35 KAS officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.

According to an order, Mr. Pawan Kumar, JKAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajouri, holding additional charge of Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Rajouri, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department.

Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajouri. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Rajouri, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Mr. Basharat Hussain, JKAS, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kathua, is transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Rajouri.

Mr. Shokat Mehmood, JKAS, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Rajouri, is transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kathua.

Mr. Samrinder Singh, Jr. Scale JKAS, ARTO, Flying Squad, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department.

Ms. Shalini Raina, Jr. Scale JKAS, awaiting orders of posting in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, is transferred and posted as Administrative Officer, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, Jammu, on deputation basis.

Mr. Raman Sharma, Jr. Scale JKAS, awaiting orders of posting in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Transport Department.
