LADAKH: Today, weather will remain overcast to cloudy in whole LEH district and generally cloudy in Kargil district. Intermittent incessant light Rain /Shower and snowfall over mountains and will occur at many places of LEH district and at a few places of Zanskar region. A brief spell of moderate shower is possible in some Areas especially on hilly areas.

We expect decrease in rainfall from this evening /tonight . There’s NO forecast of any Heavy Shower. However there can be a brief spell of Heavy Shower at isolated places especially on hilly area.

Jammu and Kashmir : Today, weather likely to remain partly to generally cloudy with chances of brief spell of Rain /Thunderstorm towards afternoon /evening. .    

ADVISORY FOR LADAKH : 

This Rainfall may led to temporary disruption of LEH -Manali, Khardong La, Changla etc. today. Commuters on above routes should consult concerned Traffic department on the status of major roads. Regards(MeT Centre, Srinagar /LEH
