J&K Tighten Grip: Kerala Need 299 More, J&K Bowlers on the Hunt

In the ongoing Ranji Trophy quarter-final match between Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) and Kerala, J&K has tightened its grip on the game. After conceding a narrow first-innings lead, J&K declared their second innings at 399 for 9, setting Kerala a daunting target of 399 runs for victory. Captain Paras Dogra led the charge with his first century of the season, supported by significant contributions from Kanhaiya Wadhwan (64) and Sahil Lotra (59).

In second inning, Jammu & Kashmir’s bowlers put in a disciplined effort to keep Kerala under pressure. Y. Singh was the most successful bowler so far, taking 2/31 in 9 overs, while A. Nabi bowled economically, conceding 22 runs in 12 overs without picking a wicket.
