Indian Railways Announces 9970 Vacancies for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) – Apply Online Now
The Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released a new recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) under the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs). This recruitment drive, identified as CEN No. 01/2025, offers 9970 vacancies across various RRB regions in India.
Important Dates:
- Application Start Date: 12th April 2025
- Last Date to Apply: 11th May 2025 (Till 11:59 PM)
- Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025): 18 to 30 years
Post Details:
- Position: Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP)
- Pay Level: 2 as per 7th CPC
- Initial Pay: ₹19,900/-
- Educational & Medical Requirement: As per Annexure-A of the detailed CEN
Instructions for Applicants: Candidates are strongly advised to use Aadhaar details while applying online to avoid verification issues. The name and date of birth on Aadhaar should exactly match the details in the 10th certificate. Also, the Aadhaar must be updated with the latest photo, fingerprint, and iris data.
Application Mode:
Only online applications will be accepted. No offline or postal applications will be entertained.
