Key Details of the Order
- Immediate Reporting: All employees who belong to the J&K Legislative Assembly and have been deployed in various departments or offices by the General Administration Department are required to immediately report to the office of the Secretary, J&K Legislative Assembly, either in Jammu or Srinagar.
- Compliance Monitoring: The Secretary of the J&K Legislative Assembly is tasked with providing details of any non-compliance regarding this order to the General Administration Department within one week from the issuance date.
- Relief Status: All officials mentioned in this order are considered to have been relieved from their current postings.
This order is part of the administrative adjustments following the recent Legislative Assembly elections held in Jammu and Kashmir, which took place from September 18 to October 1, 2024. The results of these elections are set to be declared on October 8, 2024
