Directorate of School Education Kashmir Released Order Copy Regarding Appointed Through Fake Order- Details Here
Production of fake posting order by Mr. Hilal Ahmad Sheikh S/o Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh R/o Trappy Beerwah District Budgam working as teacher in Boys High School Barthana District Srinagar -Removal from duties thereof.
Whereas, the Chief Education Officer Srinagar vide letter No. CEO/Sgr/106/12866-67 dated 22-11-2022 has reported that, “the service book of Mr. Hilal Ahmad Sheikh S/ob Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh R/o Trappy Beerwah District Budgam working as teacher in Boys High School Barthana District Srinagar reveal an entry to the effect that he has been appointed as teacher vide Directorate order No. 491-DSEK of 2009 dated 12-06-2009 issued under endorsement No. Estt-III/24/2009/Sgr/6009-13 dated 12-06-2009, at S. No. 430 under RBA category, after being selected by the J&K Service Selection Board Srinagar vide No.SSB/Sel/Sey/09/1772-76 of 2015/2009”; and
Whereas, in order to ascertain the genuineness of his appointment order, the original appointment order issued by this Directorate vide No. 491-DSEK of 2009 dated 12-06-2009 and selection list issued by the J&K Service Selection Board were verified and it has been found that his name does not figure anywhere in the original appointment order nor in the original select list of JKSSB; and
Whereas, the dispatch No. CEO/Estt/Appt/2009/9853-55 dated 06-07-2009 mentioned in his posting order actually pertains to the posting order issued in favour of Smt Lalit Kumari and Madhu Bala respectively; and
Whereas, the delinquent teacher was placed under suspension and attached to this Directorate vide this office order No. 564-DSEK of 2022 dated 06-12-2022, issued vide pirec order endorsement No.DSEK/Estt-III/B-Trs/Fakeapptt/022/5525 dated 06-12-2022; and
Whereas, the delinquent teacher failed to report in this Directorate, in compliance of
the ibid order; and
Whereas, the matter was got enquired into by the Joint Director (Central) who has conducted an indepth enquiry and reported vide No. DSEK/JD/C/95 dated 20/12/2022 that the appointment order showing to have been issued in favour of concerned vide No. 491-DSEK of 2009 dated 12-06-2009 is fake/forged and he has managed his entry in the department by producing fake appointment order, therefore deceiving the authorities, while arawing illegal wages from Government exchequer; and
Whereas, the delinquent teacher has been served upon show cause notice vide this Directorate No. DSEK/Estt-1/B-Trs/Fake-apptt/022/5795 dated; 03-01-2023; and
Whereas the delinquent teacher has responded to the show cause notice and submitted The reply dated: 10-01-2023 through speed post, which was thoroughly examined and found deviod of merit for reconsideration.
Now. therefore, keeping in view the above facts, the appointment order No. 491-DSER of 2009 dated 12-06-2009 under endorsement No. Estt-III/24/2009/Sgr/6009-13 dated 12-06-2009 purportedly issued in favour of Mr. Hilal Ahmad Sheikh S/o Ghulam Mohamnmad Sheikh R/o Trappy Beerwah District Budgam being not issued by this Directorate, is treated to be null and void and non-est in the eyes of law. Consequently, any benefit derived out of the said fake Order shall be immediately recovered and criminal proceedings be initiated against the said person.
