Unidentified body found near New Bypass National Highway, Srinagar Police seeks help in identification

A dead body of an unidentified male has been found by a police party of PS Nowgam during morning hours near Tengan Crossing, New Bypass NHW.

Upon preliminary observation, the deceased was run over by an unidentified vehicle during the intervening night of 28/29 Dec, 2023.

The dead body is currently in the mortuary of GMC Srinagar for identification.
