Transfers & Postings of 36 Principals and Placement of 24 Associate Professors
Goverment of Jammu and Kashmir Higher Education Departman Ordered Transfers & Postings of Principals and placement/adjustments of Associate Professors as Incharge Principals in the Higher Education Department. Government Order No. 343-JK(HE) of 2024 Dated:- 21-06-2024.
According to a government order, the folowing transfers and postings of the Principals in the Higher Education Department are hereby ordered with inmediate effect:
Further, following Associate Professors are hereby posted as I/C Principals (on temporary officiating basis) in their Own Pay & Grade with immediate effect:
The above placements as incharge Principais shall be on following terms and conditions:
- This arrangement shall be purely temporary and shall not confer any right on the Incumbents to claim preferential treatment for their promotion, as and when the same is made in accordance with the provisions of Jammu and Kashma Education (Gazetted College Service Recruitment Rules, 2014 or when the Competent Authority approves the recommendations of JKPSC.
- This arrangement shall be purely temporary till the permanent incumbents/selection list of Principals from the JKPSC is received.
- The Placement shall be subject to outcome of Wint Petition(s)/court case, if any, pending consideration before the Hon’ble Court(s) of competent jurisdiction.
