Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting & interview. Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. Merit list for final selection will be prepared in descending order of scores obtained in interview only, subject to candidate scoring minimum qualifying marks. To apply for the SBI 2023 recruitment for Supervisor, Manager and super officer, The State Bank of India has given a specific set of stepwise application processes. You need to have an email ID through which you can apply for the post. Following are the steps to apply:

- Step 2: Scroll down to “Engagement of Retired Bank Staff On Contract Basis”. Click on the link.
- Step 3: You will get 2 links here, one is to “Apply Online”, and another one is to “Download Advertisement”. In the link for downloading advertisements, you will get the relevant details. To apply click on the “Apply Online” Link.
- Step 4: Candidates who are new users have to register themselves for the application, and those who have already registered need to go to the login link to fill out the application form.
- Step 5: Fill out the form carefully and upload all the documents required as per the instructions by the State Bank of India.
