RTO Kashmir Issued Order Regarding Re-registration of Outside Registered Vehicles

RTO Kashmir has issued the order asking all vehicle owners in Kashmir, who have purchased vehicles bearing outside registration numbers, asked to apply for fresh registration within 15 days failing which action as warranted shall be initiated against them.
