Rs 458 Plan – 84 Days Validity
The first plan is priced at Rs 458 and offers a validity of 84 days. It includes unlimited voice calls, 1000 SMS, and free access to Jio apps like JioCinema and JioTV. This plan is ideal for users who rely mainly on calling and messaging services.
Rs 1958 Plan – 365 Days Validity
The second plan, costing Rs 1958, comes with a full year (365 days) of validity. It provides unlimited calling across all networks, 3600 SMS, and complimentary access to JioCinema and JioTV. It is a good option for long-term users who need only basic telecom features.
Old Plans Discontinued
Alongside the launch of these new plans, Jio has discontinued two of its older prepaid options. The Rs 479 plan, which offered 6GB data over 84 days, and the Rs 1899 plan with 24GB data valid for 336 days, have been removed from the offerings.
These changes aim to cater to a specific segment of users and comply with TRAI’s focus on affordability and essential mobile services.
