Sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of following Head Assistants of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as In-charge Section Officers, in their own Pay and Grade with charge allowance as admissible under rules for a period of six months or till these posts are filled up on regular basis, on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee, whichever is earlier:
