Every year more than 15 lakh aspirants register for NEET for admission to 83,075 MBBS , 26,949 BDS , 50,720 AYUSH, and 525 veterinary seats along with 1,899 AIIMS MBBS and 249 JIPMER seats.
As per the media reports, National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2022 exam between the third week of June and the first week of July. However, there has been no official announcement regarding the same by the NTA.
The education activist and NEET expert, Dr. Amit Gupta has shared the expected NEET exam date through his tweet.

Once released, the NEET 2022 notification will be released on the official website – nta.neet.nic.in. All the students willing to get admission to MBBS and BDS courses can apply for NEET 2022 in online mode.
Registration And Application: NEET 2022 registration and application form process is expected to be announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) soon. The NEET 2022 application process may begin in March due to the assembly polls and the ongoing situation in COVID-19. Last year, NTA had introduced a change in the process of NEET registration. The same process will likely be followed this year as well. The NEET registration process was divided into two phases.

Attempt Limit: Based on amendments in 2018 for NEET eligibility criteria, authorities have removed the restrictions on the number of attempts for NEET. Therefore there is no restriction on the number of attempts for NEET 2022. So, candidates will be allowed to appear for NEET exam as many times as they would like to only if they are eligible.
