NEET UG Admit Card 2022 Likely to be Released by July 10: Check Paper Pattern, Marking Scheme

NEET UG 2022 is scheduled to be conducted by the National Testing Agency next week for a duration of three hours and 20 minutes (200 minutes).

With the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET exam days a week away, NTA is expected to release the NEET admit card on the official website – neet.nta.ac.in.

Over 18.72 lakh students have applied for NEET 2022. This is the highest ever registration number in recent times, a rise of 2.5 lakh students as compared to last time.

As per the NTA notification, NEET UG 2022 will be held at different centers located in 546 cities throughout the country and 14 cities outside India on July 17, 2022.

As per latest reports NEET UG admit card are expected to be released likely tomorrow on July 10. Candidates would be allowed to download their NEET 2022 admit cards up until the day of the exam – July 17, 2022.

Once released, aspirants who have applied for the NEET UG 2022 will be able to download their admit cards through the official website neet.nta.nic.in.

Steps to Download NEET UG 2022 Admit Card

  1. First of all, eligibility can visit the NTA Website for the NEET Admit Card 2022.
  2. Then find the NEET UG 2022 Admit Card Link and click on it.
  3. Once the login page will open, enter the login details in the given section.
  4. After then click on the submit and then wait some time.
  5. Now NEET UG Entrance Admit Card 2022 will be available on the screen.
  6. Download the admit card and also take a print of it for exam use.

NEET UG 2022: Paper Pattern

The students must note that NEET UG 2022 will have four subjects; Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology. They need to know that 50 questions in each subject will be divided into two sections (A and B). The duration of the examination will be 200 minutes (03 hours 20 minutes).

NEET UG 2022: Marking Scheme

For the information of the aspirants, for the correct answer in NEET UG 2022, the candidates will get four marks and, for a wrong answer, candidates will get three marks. Unanswered questions will have zero marks.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the exam city intimation slip for the NEET (UG) 2022 candidates. Candidates can download their city slips from the official website at neet.nta.nic.in.

NEET Admit Card 2022: Important Instructions

  1. Take a coloured printout of the admit card of NEET 2022
  2. Affix a passport size photograph in the space provided. (Same as the one submitted with the application form of NEET 2022)

What are the instructions printed on the admit card of NEET 2022?

  1. General exam day instructions for NEET 2022 are printed on the admit card. A few important instructions on the NEET admit card are:
  2. Candidates can set their watch with the clock on the NTA NEET website.
  3. They must report to the exam centre at the ‘reporting time’ mentioned on the NEET 2022 admit card.
  4. Details and address of the allotted exam centre can be found on the admit card of NEET.
  5. The entry to the exam centre will begin at 11.40 am and the last entry into the examination hall will be at 1.30 pm.
  6. Candidates found in possession of the barred items will not be allowed to complete the examination.
  7. Candidates should visit the exam centre a day before the examination.
  8. Geometry/ pencil box, calculator, log table, slide ruler, any paper or textual material, etc. are not allowed inside the examination hall.
  9. Handbags, purses, wallets, electronic gadgets, calculators, watches, etc are also barred inside the examination hall.
  10. Students are not allowed to carry any eatables inside the examination hall. However, diabetic students are allowed to carry fruits/ sugar tablets.
  11. Owing to the COVID-19 situation, NTA has permitted the candidates to carry transparent water bottles inside the exam centre.
  12. Candidates must drop their NEET 2022 admit card in a box placed outside the exam hall upon completion of the examination.
  13. Candidates must leave the exam hall one by one and must wait for their turn to avoid crowding outside the centres.
