Subject:– The NEET UG 2020 candidates presently living in other States/UTs of India
but originally belong to the UTs of J&K/Ladakh — information regarding.
It is notified for the information of all such NEET UG, 2020 candidates, whose details
may not be mentioned in the list of candidates to be provided by the Ministry of Health & 00
Family Welfare, Government of India after the declaration of the result by the National
E Testing Agency (NTA), because they have shown their residence other than UT of J&K but
tql originally belong to the UT of J&K and Ladakh are hereby advised to report personally or
through their authorized representative in the BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar along with
a. following documents so that they are included in the Merit List of NEET UG, 2020 candidates
of UT of J&K:-
- NEET Admit Card.
- Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/Ladakh.
- 10+2 Marks Certificate.
- Date of Birth Certificate (matriculation).
- Category Certificate, if any.
- Residence proof where at present residing.
- Affidavit to the effect that they have not opted for All India Quota.
