NEET 2021 Counselling: The registration process for Round 2 of NEET 2021 counselling will be conducted from February 9 to February 14. MCC has announced the round one seat allotment result for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – NEET UG counselling 2021 at mcc.nic,.n. A total of 20,001 aspirants have been granted seats in the NEET 2021 counselling round one.
NEET 2021 Counselling Round Two Counselling Process:
The registration process for Round 2 of NEET 2021 counselling will be conducted from February 9 to February 14. Only eligible students as per the MCC guidelines will be able to participate in the NEET UG counselling round two. Aspirants planning to participate in the NEET UG 2021 counselling are advised to read further to know the eligibility for NEET 2021 round two counselling.
Who is Eligible For Round Two Counselling Process:
Given below are the guidelines to set the eligibility of students for NEET round two seat allotment process.

However, candidates who registered for round one did not get any seat are eligible to participate in the second round.

Registered candidates who have secured seats under reserved quota and whose NEET 2021 round one seat got cancelled during the document verification on the reporting for admission will also be considered for round two with changed category, subject to availability of seat in the respective category.

Aspirants who have reported at the allotted institute during round one reporting and submitted willingness for second round up-gradation as ‘Yes’ can also apply for round two.

Candidates who have been allotted a seat but have not joined are eligible for NEET 2021 round two.

Students who have resigned from the NEET UG 2021 allotted seat of the first round can also participate in the second round. 4
Who is Not Eligible For Round Two Counselling Process:
Given below are the guidelines on the basis of which a candidate isn’t eligible to participate in round two.

Students who have become non-eligible due to having inadequate documents as per NEET 2021 eligibility criteria cannot participate further in the counselling process,

Aspirants who have not registered in NEET 2021 counselling round one or two are also non-eligible for further NEET 2021 counselling.
NEET UG counselling 2021 Round 1
NEET UG counselling 2021 Round 1 provisional seat allotment result was released on January 27 but was revoked soon after. According to MCC, the provisional result was revoked on account of the hearing held on January 27 in the matter of Gidla Bala Surya Chandra & others v/s UoI & Ors. before the High Court of Madras. The Round 1 registration process was reopened from January 28 to January 30. The original Round 1 registration, choice filling and locking process were conducted from January 19 to January 24.
NEET 2021 Counselling Dates:
The NEET 2021 counselling dates were announced by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on January 13. There will be four rounds of counselling which will conclude on March 22. MCC has also released the deadlines for each round of NEET UG 2021 state-level counselling to be conducted by the respective state counselling authorities. The detailed NEET 2021 counselling dates and events have been released by MCC.
KINDLY NOTE:
Every state government will conduct the counselling process for their state separately. However, candidates must note that both state-level and national-level counselling processes are based on the All India Ranks (AIR) obtained by the candidates in NEET 2021 only.
Further, the seats left vacant after the first round will be carried forward to the second round. However, the seats left vacant after the second round of NEET counselling 2021 will be transferred to the respective state quota. The seats left vacant in the AIQ quota of Deemed Universities/ Central Universities/ ESIC colleges will be filled through a mop-up round of NEET 2021 counselling. The remaining seats (if any) will be filled in the institutional round/stray round of NEET counselling.
