NEET PG 2022: NEET PG Counselling Schedule 2022 Latest Update: The Medical Counseling Committee(MCC) will soon release the Counselling schedule for the National Eligibility Entrance Test-Postgraduate(NEET PG).

Once the NEET PG 2022 Counselling Schedule is released, eligible candidates can register for the same through the official website, mcc.nic.in.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) counselling will begin on September 1, official sources said on Saturday.

According to a PTI report, the NEET PG 2022 Counselling will commence for all central universities, deemed universities, and 50 percent All India quota seats and 50 percent state quota seats of medical and dental colleges simultaneously. Official notice and schedule is yet to release.

Officials told that the Medical Counselling Committee, MCC under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health will conduct the counselling in online mode.

Officials have also stated that a special round of counselling will be conducted for NEET SS 2021 as 748 seats are still vacant. The special mop up round will begin on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. As per the report, this round of counselling will be held without any cut-off percentile eligibility to prevent wastage of seats.

“Usually, NEET-PG is held in January and the counselling starts in March. But because of COVID-19 and the delay in last year’s admission process, this year’s exam was held on May 21 and the results were declared on June 1,” a senior official said.
