Man missing since month found dead in Kangan

Srinagar, August 07 :- A man who was found missing for last one month has been found dead in Kangan area of Central Kashmir Ganderbal district on Monday.

A police officer told the news agency Kashmir Scroll that a dead body has been identified as Missing person namely Rafaqat Ahmad Kassana S/0 Bashir Ahmed R/0 Hariganiwan kangan.

“The person is missing from 05/07/2023, moreover dead body has been brought to SDH kangan for medico legal Formalities.” He said .

He added that dead body was fished out from power canal in satrina village of kangan area, he added.
