Job Openings for Vocational Trainers in Jammu & Kashmir

Skill Tree Consulting Limited, an NSDC-empaneled training partner, has announced recruitment for Vocational Trainers on a contractual basis. The positions are available in Secondary & Higher Secondary Schools across Jammu & Kashmir.

Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

 

1. IT-ITes Trainer (Srinagar – 1 Post)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. DOEACC A-level certification is also acceptable.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field.
• Skills: Good communication in English and local language, knowledge of tools, safety, health, and hygiene.

2. Agriculture (Dairy Worker) Trainer

• Locations: Budgam (2), Bandipora (1), Baramulla (2)
• Qualification: Post-graduation in Dairying/Animal Husbandry or a Master’s in Food Technology with relevant electives.
• Experience: 1 year in Dairy/Animal Husbandry. Alternative qualifications include:
  • BVSc, B.Tech Dairy, B.Sc. Agriculture, or Bachelor’s in Food Technology with electives in Dairy/Animal Husbandry.
  • Diploma holders (Veterinary or Husbandry) must have 3 years of experience.

3. Healthcare Trainer

• Locations: Budgam (1), Kulgam (1)
• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing & Midwifery (4 years) OR GNM Diploma (3.5 years).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the field.
• Skills: Effective communication (oral & written), technical knowledge, soft skills, and facilitation abilities.

Additional Requirements

• Age Limit: 21-40 years (as of January 1, 2025) with relaxation per government rules.
• Domicile: Candidates must belong to Jammu & Kashmir.
• Selection: Based on merit and district preference. If no suitable candidates are found in a district, selections will be made from within the same division.
