Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board has Released notice regarding Select Lists for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) Works (R&B) Department, in Public of advertised vide Notification No.05 2020, under Item No.130-Release of withheld recommendation reg.
Sir, Kindly refer to this office letter No.SSB/Secy/Sel/2022/566-75 dated 03.08.2022 regarding the subject cited Candidates above, where under the Selection List of for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in Public Works Division (R&B) Department, Cadre, Kashmir, advertised vide Notification No.05 of 2020 dated 24.12.2020, Item No.130, was forwarded to your department for further course of action.
Among the selectees, the recommendation of the One candidate namely Murtaza Manzoor, figuring at S. No.15/RBA-130 was kept withheld for want of some clarification with respect to his documents. The requisite document have now been furnished by the said candidate and the case was, accordingly, placed in the 218th Board meeting, which decided that the withheld recommendation of the candidate shall be released.
Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to convey the above decision of the Board regarding the release of the withheld recommendation in favour of Mr. Murtaza Manzoor, figuring at Sr. No. 15/RBA-130 for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in Public Works (R&B) Department, Division Cadre, Kashmir, advertised vide Notification No.05 of 2020 dated 24.12.2020, Item No.130, The other terms and conditions as conveyed vide this office letter No. SSB/Secy/Sel/2022/566-75 dated 03.08.2022 shall remain the same. The instant communication may be cross verified from our website www.JKssb.nic.in, if required.
The document verification/scrutiny by the Board is limited to the extent of physical possession of category/degree Certificate in reference to the advertised notification and establishing the genuineness and validity or otherwise of the same shall be responsibility of the appointing authority.
It Is further requested that in case any certificate/document, during the course of verification, turns out to be fake/fictitious, the Board may kindly be intimated and appropriate criminal proceedings against such candidates may kindly be initiated.
Moreover, in terms of Government Order No.1003-JK(GAD) of 2021
dated 27.09.2021, a candidate whose recommendation is released by the Selection Agency shall submit their verification rolls in triplicate before the within appointing authority a period of 21 days from its release, failing which the candidate shall forego his/her right to appointment forthwith.
