JKSSB Releases Important Notice for 201 ‘Supervisor’ Posts in Social Welfare Department
The J&K Services Selection Board advertised 201 posts of Supervisor, various District Cadres, belonging to the Social Welfare Department, vide Notification No. 02 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023, with the last/closing date for submission of application forms notified as 14.01.2024. The Edit Option, to allow the candidates to modify some permissible fields, was activated w.e.f.12.02.2024 to 16.02.2024.
However, the Board has received a number of representations from the candidates requesting for extension in the last date of submission of application forms and activation of Edit window once again as, on account of various reasons, they have either failed to submit the application forms or have entered wrong details.
Accordingly, as a one-time exception, in the interest of the candidates, the following is notified:
The date for submission of application forms for the posts of Supervisor, Social Welfare Department, advertised vide Notification No. 02 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023, is hereby extended as under:
- Extension in submission of Application Forms: 15.03.2024 (10:00 AM) to 19.03.2024 (05:00 PM)
- Last Date for receiving Fee Online: 15.03.2024 (10:00 AM) to 19.03.2024 (10:00 PM)
The Edit Option for allowing change in various particulars shall also be activated from 21.03.2024 (8:00 AM) to 23.03.2024 (8:00 PM). As a one time opportunity, the Edit Option shall include “Item Option” also, in addition to the normal fields being provided to the candidates.
No change, beyond the above timelines, shall be permitted for whatsoever reasons.
The candidates, in their own interest, are advised to submit the application forms, complete in all respects, without waiting for the last date to avoid last minute disruptions.
