• Provisional Selection List for the post of ‘Draftsman (Mechanical),  Public Works (R&B) Department, advertised vide Notification No. 05 of 2020 dated 24.12.2020, under UT Cadre, against Item No.133.

• Final selection list for the post of ‘Motor Vehicle Traffic Assistant'(Transport Department), advertised vide Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, under UT/Div. Kashmir/Div. Jammu, Cadres against Item Nos. 087, 091 and 095 respectively.

Provisional Selection List for the post of ‘Draftsman (Mechanical),  Public Works (R&B) Department

Whereas, the Selection Committee constituted Vide Order No. 175-SSB of 2022 dated 25.05.2022 prepared the provisional Selection List /Waiting List in accordance with merit obtained by the candidates/rules governing the subject.

Now, therefore, in view of the above:

• The Provisional Selection Lis/Waiting List of the candidates for the posts of Draftsman (Mechanical), Item No. 133 is hereby notified as Annexure-A.
• The Provisional Selection List shall be subject to outcome of any writ petition, if any, pending before the Court of law.
• Formal recommendation to the concerned Indenting Department shall be made after publication of Final Selection List.
• In case any candidate/s is aggrieved with this Provisional Selection List, he/she may represent in the Board within five days from the date of its Notification, beyond which no representations shall be entertained.

Final selection list for the post of ‘Motor Vehicle Traffic Assistant'(Transport Department)

Whereas, the Board in its 207th Meeting held on 29.07.2022, after detailed deliberations, approved the aforesaid Selection Lists prepared by the Selection Committee.

Now, therefore, in view of the above:

• The Final Selection Lists, along with the Waiting Lists of the candidates for the post of “Motor Vehicle Traffic Assistant’ (Transport Department), advertised vide Notification No.04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 for UT/Div. Kashmir/Div, Jammu Cadre, against Item Nos. 087, 091 and 095 are hereby notified as Annexure “A”.
• The Final Selection Lists shall be subject to the outcome of the writ petitions), if any, pending before the Court of Law.
• Formal Recommendations for Selection to the concerned Indenting Department shall be made subsequently.
