JKBOSE Releases Important Notification for Classes 10th & 12th Session 2024-25

The Jammu & Kashmir State Open School (JKSOS), a subsidiary of the J&K Board of School Education, has announced direct admission cum examination for classes 10th and 12th for the 2024-25 session. Accredited Study Centres are available across districts in the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Class 10th:

• 1. Candidates must have passed the 8th-grade examination and completed at least two years before enrolling.
• 2. Minimum age is 14 years as of November 30, 2024, with no upper age limit.

For Class 12th:

• 1. Candidates must have passed the 10th-grade examination with at least two years of gap before enrollment.
• 2. Minimum age is 16 years as of November 30, 2024, with no upper age limit.

Key Details:

• Study materials will be provided online/offline.
• Admission forms are available at accredited study centers with a fee of ₹3,500 for Class 10th and ₹4,000 for Class 12th.
• Payment can be made online/offline to designated JK Bank accounts.

Admissions begin on December 20, 2024, and will close on February 3, 2025, subject to enrollment availability.
