JKBOSE Releases Important Notification For Classes 10th & 12th Annual Regular 2024
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has notified for Information of all the concerned Heads of Institutions of Govt./Pvt. affiliated High/Higher Secondary Schools that they shall submit the Internal Assessment Awards to their respective Sub/Branch Offices of JKBOSE, Jammu Division Including Leh by or before 01-04-2024 of the candidates who are appearing in ensuing examinations pertaining to SSE (10 Class) and HSP-II (12″ Class) Session Annual Regular 2024 (Hard Zone areas of Jammu Division) as per prescribed format.
Further, in light of Notification No. F(Acad-C)/E-7392241/Prac/Exam/XI/2024 Dated 06.02.2024, the candidates appearing in HSP-I (11 class) examination. Session Annual Regular 2024, the internal/external practicals examination in all the concerned subjects shall be conducted by the respective institutions at their own level and submit the award rolls along with Answer sheets etc, to their respective Sub/Branch offices of JKBOSE by or before 01.04.2024.
The Head of the Institutions shall follow following instructions with proper care and concern before the submission of Internal assessment awards to prevent any Inconvenience to any stakeholder in future:-
- The marks are to be awarded on duly prescribed formats (Separately for 10th/11th /12″) which can be downloaded from Official Website of JKBOSE i.e. www.jkbose.nic.in.
- The award must be legible and error free, cutting and overwriting and use of whitener in any case shall
not be accepted. - The Roll Nos of ABSENT candidate/s must be reflected in the assessment as “Absent”. No Roll number shall be left blank in any case.
- The Internal Assessment awards (in case of 10th and 12th classes)/Internal and External Assessment awards (in case of 11th class) must be submitted in duplicate under proper signature of Subject/s Examiner/s duly attested by the Head of the concerned Institution.
- The entire Internal assessment/External practical awards must be routed to the Divisional Office, Jammu through the concerned Sub/Branch Offices; no internal/external assessment will be accepted through the medium of email and by post.
- The assessment awards shall mention the complete examination Roll No. of the candidates. 7. All the Heads of the Institutions (Govt/Private) of Jammu Division Shall ensure to maintain Internal Assessment record/ in case of 11th class both internal and External awards (Candidate wise, subject wise) of their respective Institutions duly signed by the Teacher concerned, Examination Incharge and Principal/HOI for future consultations. If any, by BOSE authorities.
In case the above Instructions are not followed and not submitted within the stipulated period, the responsibility shall squarely lie upon the Head of the Institution concerned and no requestshall be entertained without imposing post examination penalty as admissible under BOSE norms.
