JKBOPEE: 23470 Candidates Appeared In Common Entrance Test For Paramedical Courses – Check Here

Srinagar: A total of 23,470 (93.20 percent) candidates of over 25,182 candidates who had applied for the Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to paramedical courses appeared in the exam at Srinagar and Jammu on Sunday.

An official spokesman in a statement issued here said that the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE) successfully conducted the CET for admission to B Sc Nursing, B Sc Paramedical, and B Sc Technology course 2022.

The JKBOPEE conducted this examination for the third consecutive year.

The spokesman said that a total of 39 examination centres were designated in J&K including 32 centres in the Kashmir division and seven in the Jammu division.

“The board ensured transparency and fairness during the conduct of the entire examination process by equipping all the venues,” he said. “Adequate security arrangements were put in place at every examination centre.”

The spokesman said that the Chairman, Secretary, and Controller of Examinations, BOPEE, visited and inspected the examination process at the designated venues.
