JK Government Suspends AEE Over Corruption Charges || Details Here
The Government of Jammu & Kashmir’s Public Works (R&B) Department has issued an order suspending Er. Mubarak Ahmad Ganaie, Incharge Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil), R&B Sub-Division Sopore. This action follows his arrest by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), J&K, under FIR No. ACB-FIR-13/2024-Bla dated 25 October 2024.

As per Government Order Er. Ganaie’s suspension is effective from the date of his arrest on 16 October 2024, under Rule 31(2) of the J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956. During his suspension period, he will remain attached to the office of the Chief Engineer, PW(R&B), North Kashmir.
