J&K Government Declares Services of Two Officers as Quasi Permanent
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through its General Administration Department (GAD), has issued an official order declaring the services of two members of the J&K Secretariat (Gazetted) Service-II as Quasi Permanent. This decision has been made under Rule (3) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1961.The officers whose services have been declared quasi-permanent are:
- Shri Ghulam Mohammad Khan, serving as Private Secretary with the Administrative Secretary of the Skill Development Department.
- Shri Rachpal Singh, serving as Private Secretary with the Chairman of the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for J&K and Ladakh.
This declaration marks a significant step in recognizing the contributions of these officers in their respective roles. The order, issued under Government Order No. 172-JK(GAD) of 2025, is dated January 31, 2025.
