Srinagar: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has implemented a fresh round of administrative changes aimed at enhancing efficiency within departments. As per Government Order No. 620-JK(GAD) of 2025, two key officials have been reassigned with immediate effect:

1. Mr. Manzoor Ahmad, serving as Additional Secretary (Legal) in the Power Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister.
2. Mr. Abdul Khabir (JKAS), who was functioning as Special Assistant to the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Mining Department.
