Moderate floods in Ujh, Bhini, Naj, and all other local nallahs of Billawar reported in Kathua district. Water level is on the rising trend as high intensity rainfall continues in the Billawar region. Also, water level at Panjthirthi is near around 14 feet, as reported by the spo.
