JEE Main 2022: Registration Process Begins, Check Eligibility, Attempts, Exams Dates, Syllabus, Fees And More | Details Here
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has now announced the date for JEE Main 2022. The NTA will conduct JEE Main 2022 twice – first session in April and then the second session in May. JEE Main Session to be held on April 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21. JEE Main Session 2 will be organised on May 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29. NTA has now launched the registration process for JEE Main 2022. The registration process can be completed in jeemain.nta.nic.in
The application for JEE Main 2022 will start from today, March 1 and will continue till March 31. Candidates can apply online at Jeemain.nta.nic.in.
The JEE Main registration fee will be required to be paid online.


JEE Mains 2022 Eligibility Criteria
As per JEE Mains 2022 eligibility criteria , there is no age limit for the candidates. “The candidates who have passed the class 12/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE (Main) 2022 examination,” the NTA said.
“However, the candidates may be required to fulfill the age criteria of the Institute(s) in which they are desirous of taking admission,” it further said.
JEE Main, Attempts 2022:
The students who will appear for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) this year will get only two attempts, instead of four. The National Testing Agency has decided to conduct the engineering entrance exam in April and May, the medical entrance, NEET-UG will be held in June or July, as per a report by the Times of India .
JEE Mains 2022 Exam Dates
While announcing the JEE Main 2022 dates, NTA said that the first session will be held between April 16 and April 21, while the second session will be held from May 24 to May 29.
JEE Main Syllabus 2022
The National Testing Agency will be releasing the JEE Main 2022 syllabus to inform candidates about the topics that must be covered during the JEE Main preparation . The JEE Main syllabus will comprise of topics and concepts where questions will be asked in the entrance test. The syllabus of NTA JEE Main 2022 will be based on the topics of Class 11 and 12 – Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
JEE Main Exam Pattern 2022
The authorities will also release the exam pattern of JEE Main 2022 to allow candidates to understand the pattern of the paper in advance. The JEE Main exam pattern will include details like the mode of exam, duration, total number of questions to be asked, type of question and much more. Previous year, the NTA introduced some major changes in the JEE exam pattern.
