India’s fastest bowler Umran Malik has kick-started his preparations for the New Zealand tour as the pacer has been picked for both the T20I and ODI squads. Team India will travel to New Zealand for a limited-overs series starting on November 18. Umran was seen hitting a workout routine in a gym in a video posted by the official Twitter handle of the IPL franchise SunRisers Hyderabad.

Umran Malik has shared a video of his fitness on Instagram, seeing which you can guess that he is gearing up for the New Zealand tour.
Umran Malik’s pace is his biggest USP. He is such a bowler, who can bowl continuously at a speed of 150 kmph. All former fast bowlers have said that as Umran continues to play, his bowling will improve.
Umran Malik, the only Indian pacer who can consistently bowl at over 150 kph received a call in the India squad to start and showcase his talent in the windy New Zealand conditions. The Jammu pacer grabbed everyone’s attention with his breakneck speed in the Indian Premier League’s 2022 season.
His economy rate in three games was 12.44, and he only managed to grab two wickets.
Umran has played 3 T20 International matches so far :-
Umran Malik has made his T20 International debut and has played a total of three matches for India.His bowling performance fell short of expectations when playing Ireland in a T20 international series in June. He has taken two wickets in three matches at an economy rate of 12.44.
