Role Assignments for Implementation

The following user roles have been assigned to officers in different sectors within the Social Welfare Department:

  1. Social Welfare Department, J&K:
    • Special Secretary to Government: Approver
    • Director, Social Welfare (Concerned): Checker
    • District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO) (Concerned): Maker
  2. Mission Poshan, J&K:
    • Special Secretary to Government: Approver
    • Mission Director, Mission Poshan: Checker
    • Programme Officer Poshan (Concerned): Maker
  3. Mission Vatsalya/Mission Shakti, J&K:
    • Special Secretary to Government: Approver
    • Mission Director, Mission Shakti/Vatsalya: Checker
    • DSWO/District Child Protection Officer (DCPO) (Concerned): Maker

Responsibilities

The collection and digitization of data for uploading onto the PM Gati Shakti portal will be handled by the respective District Heads and Heads of Departments (HoDs). These officials will oversee the implementation of the PM Gati Shakti Plan within their respective divisions and directorates.

This initiative aims to enhance data management and streamline operations within the Social Welfare Department, contributing to better governance under the PM Gati Shakti framework.
The order is issued under the authority of the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Sanjeev Verma, IAS.
