IMD Issues Important Weather Advisory For Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh

Monsoon Update for J&K n Ladakh (24.6.20):

An expected light to moderate Shower occurred at scattered places of J&K regions whereas weather is generally cloudy in whole Ladakh.

With this, IMD declared arrival of Monsoon in J&K n Ladakh,today, the 24th of June which is 6 days Ahead of normal arrival date,30th June.

Now, we expect ocassional Monsoon Shower, which sometimes are heavy to very heavy shower. We’re monitoring closely. All stake holders will be kept updated, with probable Impacts from the shower.

As of now, we expect, light to moderate shower at scattered to widespread places of J&K especially in early morning hours,(in plains of Jammu ) during 24-25th June. With regards (IMD, JK n Ladakh)
