Government Orders Transfer/ Postings Of IPS and 32 Other Officers In J&K Police Department
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir Home Department Civil Secretariat, Jammu/Srinagar on Monday ordered the following transfers and postings, In the interest of administration with immediate effect:
According to an order, Shri Shivam Siddharth, IPS, awaiting adjustment is posted as Superintendent of Police, North Jammu, vice Shri Kuldeep Chand Handa.
Shri Ranjit Singh, Superintendent of Police, awaiting adjustment is posted as Dy. Commandant JKAP-8th Battalion.
Shri Azhar Bashir Baba, Additional Superintendent of Police Security, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, APCR Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Shri Arif Amin Shah, Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant JKAP-9 Battalion, against an available vacancy.
Shri Naresh Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police, Shopian, is transferred and posted as Joint Director (Headquarters) SSF Srinagar, vice Shri Brijesh Kumar Sharma.
Shri Rajinder Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police, Kishtwur, is transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant IR-21″ Battalion, against an available vacancy.
Shri Mohd. Anwar-ul-Haq, Additional Superintendent of Police, Udhampur, is transferred and posted as Additional Superintendent of Police, PCR, Jamnni.
Shri Vivek Shekhar Sharma, Additional Superintendent of Police, Rajouri, is transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant IR-15 Battalion, against an available vacancy.
Shri Feroz Ahmad, awaiting posting, is transferred and posted as Additional Superintendent of Police, Pulwama, vice Shri Tanweer Ahmad Dar.
Shri Tanweer Ahmad Dar, Additional Superintendent of Police, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Additional Superintendent of Police, Kulgam, vice Shri Shabir Ahmad.
Shri Zoheb Tanweer, Superintendent of Police, North Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant IR-8 Battalion, against an available vacancy.
Shri Amit Verma, Superintendent of Police, West Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant, IR-17 Battalion, against an available vacancy.
Shri Mashkoor Ahmed Zargar, Superintendent of Police, Hazratbal Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant IR-8 Battalion, against an available vacancy.
Shri Brijesh Kumar Sharma, Joint Director (Headquarters) SSF Srinagar, is transferred and posted as SP(Rural), Jammu, vice Shri Rahul Charak, who shall report to the Police Headquarters till further orders.
Paris. Shri Kulbir Chand Handa, Superintendent of Police, North Jammu, is transferred and posted as Dy, Commandant IR-18 Battalion, against an available vacancy
Shri Farhat Jeelani, Additional Superintendent of Police, Kupwara, is transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant JKAP-14 Battalion, against an available vacancy.
Shri Shabir Ahmad, Additional Superintendent of Police, Kulgam, is transferred and posted as Dy, Commandant, Border Battalion Srinagar, against an available vacancy
Shri Vishal Manhas, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Staff Officer to IGP Jammu Zone, against an available vacancy.
Shri Hilal Khaliq Bhat, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Superintendent of Police, Hazratbal-Srinagar, vice Shri Mashkoor Ahmed Zargar.
Shri Fahad Tak, awaiting adjustment, is transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant, IR-10 Battalion, against an available vacancy.
Shri Imtyaz Ahmad Rather, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Superintendent of Police, West Srinagar, vice Shri Amit Verma
Shri Shah Umar, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Superintendent of Police Hars, Srinagar, vice Shri Arif Amin Shah.
Shri Baljit Singh, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Additional Superintendent of Police, Udhampur, vice Shri Mohd. Anwar-ul-Haq.
Shri Ghulam Mohd Bhat, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Additional Superintendent of Police, Kupwara, vice Shri Farhat Jeelani.
Shri Aajaz Ahmad Malik, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Dy. Commandant IR 2 Battalion, against an available vacancy.
Shri Ruhail Mircha, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Additional Superintendent of Police Security, Kashmir, vice Shri Azhar Bashir Baba.
Shri Pardeep Kumar, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Dy. Commandant IR-2nd Battalion, against an available vacancy.

Shri Salim Jahangir Lone, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Additional Superintendent of Police Security, Kashmir. One post from the overall reserves shall be utilized for the purpose of drawl of salary of the officer
Shri Showkat Ahmad Dar, awaiting adjustment, is posted as Superintendent of Police, North Srinagar, vice Shri Zoheb Tanweer.
