Government Orders Posting of Staff In JK-SCERT and Associated DIETS

The School education department of Jammu and Kashmir ordered Posting of staff in JK-SCERT and Associated DIETS.

In the interest of administration, and for optimum functioning of JK- SCERT and Associated DIETs, the services of following in-service officers officials of School Education Department are placed at the disposal of Director, SCERT against various posts in Central, Divisional office(s) Jammu/Kashmir and in Associated DIETS for a period of 2 years or till their superannuation, whichever is earlier:-

The selection has been done after proper interaction and assessment of the candidates.

The services (Pay and allowances) of the officer(s)/official(s) shall be strictly governed by the rules of Society (JK-SCERT), but terms and conditions including pay and allowances shall not be less than the pay drawn by the officers at previous place of posting and in conformity with the pay rules.

The officer(s)/official(s) shall join within 21 days from the issuance of this order, otherwise it shall be presumed that the officer(s)/official(s) is/are not interested for the new assignment.

The officer(s)/official(s) shall retain their lien, seniority and promotion prospects in their parent cadre.

The Government can recall/transfer/utilize services of these officer(s)/official(s) for any other assignment, at any time, if required.
