Higher Reaches: The first signs of the disturbance will be felt in the higher altitudes late on February 19, with precipitation gradually intensifying.

Jammu Region: This area is expected to receive more precipitation than Kashmir Valley, with moderate to heavy rain and snow, particularly in Chenab Valley districts like Ramban, Kishtwar, and Doda.

Kashmir Valley: Rain is likely in the plains, but if temperatures drop significantly, prolonged heavy precipitation could turn into snowfall.

Pir Panjal Range: Heavy snowfall is expected in areas such as Gulmarg, Sinthan Top, Peer Ki Gali, and Mughal Road.
