Fresh weather improvement update issued by MeT

Weather in Kashmir valley will improve from tomorrow: Sonam Lotus

Srinagar: Director Metrological Department Jammu and Kashmir, Sonam Lotus on Sunday said that We are expecting weather will improve from tomorrow (June 1) in Kashmir valley.

“It has been raining continuously since May 28 in most parts of Kashmir”.

Reports said that man places of valley and Hilly areas received heavy rain as a result of which there is significant increase in water levels in Nallahs, Rivers etc. thereby increasing chances of potential flood, landslide on vulnerable areas.

Lotus said that we are expecting significant weather will be improved from tommorow in the valley.
