The Prime Minister Free Laptop Program 2023-24 is the topic of a circulating poster for the scheme. The fake advertisement was detected by PIB Fact Check, which later tweeted that the Indian Ministry of Education does not sponsor any such free laptop programme. The scammers claim that pupils from any Indian state are eligible for the offer.
According to the false poster, students may receive a free laptop as part of the government’s new initiative. To take advantage of the offer, users must submit certain informations and are encouraged to visit the government’s connected official website on a regular basis.
