Caught On Camera: Student Hugs Friend Then Shoots Her Before Killing Self

A Bachelor of Arts student was allegedly shot dead by her classmate, moments before he killed himself too on a private university campus in Greater Noida on Thursday.

Both students were aged around 21 years and knew each other well but the cause of the murder-suicide is yet to be ascertained, police said, as per news agency PTI.

The incident took place around 1.30 pm at the Shiv Nadar University in the Dadri police station area of Greater Noida, as per a police spokesperson.

In a CCTV video, both students were seen talking to each other before the accused identified as Anuj Singh, a third-year sociology (BA) student, shot his classmate.
