Anantnag-Rajouri PC: Man Dies While Casting Vote Inside Polling Booth
SRINAGAR: A 60-year-old man in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district died while casting vote inside polling booth for phase six of Lok Sabha elections, Times now reported on Saturday.
The man was identified as Mohd Iqbal, resident of Kalla Mohalla Nerojal, Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri. As per information, the voter likely died because of heart attack.

Last week, a presiding officer in Bihar’s Munger allegedly died of heart attack during election duty.
The presiding officer, identified as Omkar Kumar Choudhary, was the presiding officer of booth number 210 in Munger’s Shankarpur village. Soon after the incident, Omkar was rushed to Sadar Hospital in Munger.
