Document Verification Notification for Supervisor Post

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a notification regarding the document verification process for candidates who are in the consideration zone for the post of Supervisor in the Social Welfare Department. This follows the revised results from the OMR-based written examination conducted on June 23, 2024, as per Notification No. JKSSB/COE/1/2024-06 dated October 3, 2024.

Key Details

• Purpose: To verify the documents of candidates who are eligible for the Supervisor position.
• Candidates: Those listed in Annexure “A” of the notification are required to appear for verification.
• Location: Candidates must report to the designated Document Verification Committees as specified in the notification.

Required Documents

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested copies:

1. Copy of Online Application Form(s)
2. Two recent passport-sized photographs
3. Date of Birth Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card)
4. One original photo ID Proof (Aadhar card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.)
5. Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
6. Domicile Certificate
7. 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma
8. Graduation Degree from a recognized university (candidates claiming additional marks must bring all relevant mark-sheets)
9. Bonafide Certificate (if applicable)
10. Checklist sheet/form (as per Annexure “B”)
11. Order of preferences for various Items/Cadres (as per Annexure “C”)
12. Other documents as per the qualifications mentioned in the advertisement.

Important Notes

• Candidates who fail to appear for the document verification on the scheduled dates will forfeit their right to selection.
• The allotment of 5 additional marks is provisional and contingent upon the verification of documents.
