JK Police Promoted Various Inspections – Check Here

The Government of Jammu and Kashmir Home Department, ordered placement of Inspectors (Steno) as Incharge Deputy Superintendent of Police (Steno)- Private Secretary.

As per order, sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of following Inspectors (Steno) as Incharge Deputy Superintendent of Police (Steno) Private Secretary, on stop-gap basis, in their own pay and grade:

• Shri Mohammad Amin Wani, MES971475
• Shri Ghulam Hyder Malik, MES901855
• Shri Sunil Kumar, MES985706

The arrangement is made purely in the interest of administration and shall not confer any right on the incumbent to claim preferential treatment for promotion, as and when the same is made in accordance with the relevant rules.

Further, the above placements shall be without prejudice to the outcome of Writ Petition(s), if any, pending consideration before the Court(s)/Tribunal of competent jurisdiction or any existing or future orders of the Hon’ble Courts.
