JKSSB Released Result/Scoresheet Of Candidates In CBT Examination- Download PDF FILE Here
Result/scoresheet of candidates in Computer Based Written Test (CBT) Examination for the Post of Election Assistant (Junior Scale), Election Department, UT Cadre, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 item No. 99 conducted on 07.02.2023– regarding.
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) conducted Computer Based Written Test (CBT) for the post of Election Assistant (Junior Scale), Election Department, UT Cadre, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 item No. 99 on 07.02.2023; and
Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), vide Notice No. JKSSB-COE0EXAM(UT)/06/2023-04 (7110979) Dated: 26.05.2023, issued a Notification of Result for the Urdu Qualifying Paper for the Posts of Election Assistant (Junior Scale), Election Department, UT Cadre; and
Whereas, some representations were received by the Board in respect of Urdu Qualifying Paper Result; and
Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), vide Notice No. JKSSB-COE0EXAM(UT)/06/2023-04 (7110979) Dated: 31.05.2023, issued Answer Key in respect of the aforesaid test, that was made live on official website of JKSSB (www.ikssb.nic.in) from 01.06.2023 (4.00 P.M) to 04.06.2023, for information of candidates and seeking of objections, if any; and
Whereas, in response to aforesaid notice, 47 objections were received in respect of 10 unique questions. Subsequently, the objections were examined and after due deliberations on the matter the final answer key in respect of CBT examination held for the Patwari/Settlement Patwari (DMRRR), District Cadre advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 05 of 2022 dated 09.09.2022 item No.
197 was finalized and notified vide No. JKSSBCOE0EXAM(UT)/06/2023-04 (7110979) Dated: 06.07.2023; and
Whereas, the mandatory Typing Test (Skill Test) for the said post was conducted w.e.f. 14.02.2022 to 25.02.2022 and 28.02.2022 to 15.03.2022 at specified centers at Jammu and Kashmir as per the notification issued vide No. SSB/COE/2022/1579-90 Dated 10.02.2022 and 22-02-2022 respectively.
Now, therefore, in view of the above and after considering the representations received in respect of Urdu Qualifying Paper by the experts appropriately , the result / score-sheet, based on the performance of candidates who appeared in the Computer Based, Written Test (CBT) and the mandatory Type Test (Skill Test) for the post of Election Assistant (Junior Scale), Election Department, UT Cadre, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 item No. 99 conducted on 07.02.2023, is hereby notified as Annexure “A”.
It is further notified that:
i. Mere figuring in the result/ score sheet shall not entitle a candidate to be called for document verification or to figure in the select list and that he she has to fulfill other eligibility conditions, as laid down in rules and decision of the Board in this regard shall be final.
ii. The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) will call candidates falling in the consideration zone, based on the merit obtained by them for document verification. The schedule for document verification shall be notified separately.
