Weather Update 8:00 a.m: Rain showers are expected throughout the day today in both Kashmir and Jammu.
Intensity of rains may pick up from evening, thereafter, moderate to heavy rainfall is expected at many places in the Union Territory, especially in parts of Jammu region and south Kashmir. This may lead to flash floods in some areas.
