Reliance Jio Introduces 5 New Recharge Plans Starts From Rs 181 With 30 Days Validity | Check Here

Jio is the first telecom industry to launch the ‘calendar month validity’ prepaid plan after TRAI’s directive. Airtel and Vi have also added plans that follow the TRAI’s order. However, Jio offers five recharge plans that offer 30 days of validity. Let’s take a look at each of Jio’s monthly plans and their benefits

Jio Rs 296 plan benefits

The Jio Rs 296 recharge is the only plan that offers free unlimited voice calling and 100 SMSes per day with 30 days validity. The pack comes with 25 GB of total data. Additionally, the user gets a free subscription to Jio apps – Jio TV, Jio Cinema, Jio Security, and JioCloud.

Jio data vouchers

Jio has three data vouchers that offer 30 days validity, called their Work from Home plans. The plans do not offer any free unlimited calls, SMS, or a complimentary subscription to Jio apps. Here are the benefits of these 30 days recharge plans.

• Jio Rs 181 plan: It offers 30GB of data and a validity of 30 days.
• Jio Rs 241 plan: It comes with 40GB of data and a validity of 30 days.
• Jio Rs 301 plan: The user gets 50GB of data and 30 days validity with this plan.

Earlier, Reliance Jio launched Rs 259 plan that comes with a calendar month (30 days) validity following a directive from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The plan will help users remember just one recharge date every month.

With this plan, users can get 1.5GB of daily data, 100 SMS per day, unlimited voice calling and complimentary subscription to Jio Apps such as JioCinema, JioTV, JioCloud, and JioSecurity. After the user consumes the 1.5 GB daily data, the speed of the internet drops to 64 kbps for the rest of the day.

This is the only unlimited prepaid plan from any telecom service provider to offer a complete month of validity. The prepaid plan offers a validity period of exactly 1 calendar month. The plan recurs on the same date every month. For instance, if you’ve recharged your Jio prepaid number on March 28, the next recharge will be done on the same day of the following month (April 28, May 28, June 28 and so on).

1.5GB/day data plans from Reliance Jio

There are six other plans from Reliance Jio that offer 1.5GB data per day, these include:

• Rs 119 prepaid plan: 14 days validity
• Rs 199 prepaid plan: 13 days validity
• Rs 239 prepaid plan: 28 days validity
• Rs 479 prepaid plan: 56 days validity
• Rs 666 prepaid plan: 84 days validity
• Rs 2,545 prepaid plan: 336 days validity
