They said transporters had observed one day token strike on January 6, 2021 and Govt during meeting had assured to resolve their issues within one week. But they only gave false assurances. The prices of diesel and petrol have crossed all the previous records and under such circumstances operation cost of the vehicles has also increased manifold . The Govt is not considering this fact and forcing transporters to go for agitation, they added.
